The Texas White House B&B has a charming atmosphere that made my stay memorable. The Treehouse room was lovely with beautiful décor and a comfortable bed. I loved waking up to the smell of delicious, fresh breakfast every morning. Mindy’s breakfast creations were a highlight, showcasing local flavors that were incredibly tasty. I appreciated the lavender toiletries in the bathroom. they added a nice, personal touch. Access to coffee and filtered water throughout the day was great too. The large wraparound porch offered a perfect place to relax. However, I did notice some creaky spots in the bed that could be distracting during the night. The location was convenient, just a short ride to downtown and the arts district, making it easy to explore local attractions. My only minor inconvenience was the occasional noise from the surrounding area, but it didn't significantly impact my stay. Overall, it was a lovely getaway.

Perfect spot for a cozy getaway
The breakfast was made with local flavors, banana waffles w/caramel & pecans-let me tell you, it was to die for! The vibe was so much cozier than any hotel I've been to. I enjoyed chatting with other guests while munching on snacks available all day.
The price was a bit steep, but honestly, it was worth it.
